Stainless Steel Seamless Pipes & Tubes are formed by using Water Hydraulic Hot Extrusion Press that uses hot extruded hollows or pipes as raw material. They are used in various fields like heat exchangers, Nuclear Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refinery, Chemical & Fertilizer, etc.

Stainless steel seamless pipe is a kind of hollow long steel profile, mainly used in petroleum, chemical, medical, food, construction,mechanical instrumentation and other industrial transmission pipes and mechanical structural components. For seamless, outside diameters are from 6mm to 1400mm with wall thickness from 0.5mm to 70mm. The annual output capacity is 35,000 tons.

Honing & Turning	Can hone pipe and tube, using a precision abrasion process in order to obtain a desired finish or close dimensional tolerance.

Manufacturing Technique
Seamless pipe processing
Seamless pipe is the strongest among all pipes type as it has a homogeneous structure throughout the pipe length.In the Mandrel Mill pipe manufacturing process, the steel billet is heated to a high temperature in the rotary furnace. A cylindrical hollow is produced with the help of a rotary piercer and a set of roller arrangements that keeps the piercer at the center of the billet.
The outside diameter of the piercer is approximately that of the inside diameter of the finished pipe. With the help of a secondary roller arrangement, outside diameter and thickness are achieved.

Welded pipe processing
Welded Pipes are manufactured from Plate or continuous Coil or strips. A welded pipe can be manufactured in large sizes without any upper restriction. There are different welding methods used to weld the pipe.
