Etching Finish Color SS is done for a variety of reasons including the creation of prints, decorations and personalization. The etching process is the result of a chemical reaction that removes a layer of steel in the exposed area of a chemically coated steel plate.

To avoid affecting the highly reflective mirror finish surface, joinery should be mechanical. If welding or soldering must be employed, strive to limit it to hidden areas. Heat tint scales and soldering flux residue must be thoroughly removed. 8K Mirror polish finish is slightly directional. Therefore, it is advisable to orient panels in the same direction.

Ba Hairline Mirror Finish SS304 for commercial kitchen wall polished finish with superior matching characteristics. It's designed for architectural applications. It boasts a more linear appearance than traditional polish, which means it lends itself to repair and blending in the field. Hairline is suitable for coping, trim, elevator cabs, and more.
