PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Stainless steel checkered plate due to the excellent corrosion resistance and slip resistance has been used in many industries.

The first stainless steel checkered plate pattern style for the horizontal and vertical stripes interlaced. In the next 20-30 years, through continuous research and improvement of the experiment with non-slip pattern for better designed.

In recent years the use of stainless steel checkered plate are continuous innovation, breakthrough, change, application of industry and product models are continuously increasing, the rate of replacement product updates and more frequent.

Stainless steel checkered plate is manufactured by cold rolling sheet and hot rolling stainless steel sheet.
Due to the excellent corrosion resistance and slip resistance, it has been used in many industries as food industry, buildings, water heater, bathtub and dinnerware etc.

SPECIFICATION
THICKNESS : 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm for cold pattern; 3.0-14mm for hot pattern;
SIZE: 1000X2000MM; 1220X2440MM; 1250X2500MM, 1500X3000MM or as required;
PATTERN: Many types can supplied as Diamond type, Bean type, "T" type etc.

COMMON GRADE
SS201, 202, 304/304L, 309S, 310S, 316/316L, 316Ti, 409L, 410S, 430, 446 etc.
Type 304, for most environments, is sufficient to prevent corrosion.
Type 316 should be used near the seacoast.
Low carbon grades (304L / 316L) should be used when parts are to be welded.
For extreme locations, e.g. near chemical plants or where steel may come into contact with salt water spray, different alloys will be required, subject to application review.

APPLICATION
Floor Covering and slip resistance; Commercial vehicle and vans; Access ramp covering for wheelchairs.
Wall and column protection to prevent impact damage where hand trucks, trolleys, sack carts are operated.
Door protection as kick plates or as a full door cladding etc.

production, we will charge some reasonable cost, but this amount will be deducted from your first order invoice.
